- Our Foundation provides protein powder and supplements to support the nutritional needs of people with disabilities. By ensuring access to essential nutrients, we aim to enhance their strength, health and overall well-being, promoting their personal growth and societal status.
- Due to financial hardship, most women struggle to afford balanced meals, clothing, and basic necessities, which affects their overall well-being.
- Limited access to education and skill development opportunities prevents women from becoming self-reliant and improving their quality of life.
The HerSafe project by Care and Love Foundation aims to uplift underprivileged women in the rural and urban areas of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, and Srikakulam districts of Andhra Pradesh. This initiative focuses on improving women’s health, hygiene, nutrition, and self-reliance through awareness programs and skill development activities.
The project addresses period poverty by distributing free sanitary pads and conducting regular health and hygiene awareness sessions. It also supports women’s daily needs by providing balanced meals, groceries, clothes, and blankets to ensure their basic well-being.
To promote long-term empowerment, HerSafe organizes skill development training such as computer basics, soap making, and diya making, helping women gain confidence and create sustainable sources of income.
Through this holistic approach, HerSafe works to ensure that every woman has access to health, dignity, and livelihood opportunities, building stronger and more self-reliant communities across Andhra Pradesh.
