Empowering Women through KHP Solutions I am Hyamavati Patina, founder & director of KHP Solutions, an organization dedicated to empowering women who have taken career breaks. At KHP, we focus on providing essential tools for women to successfully return to the workforce. Our offerings include technical training, skill development and confidence-building workshops, all designed to help women rebuild their careers after a hiatus. Many women face significant challenges when stepping away from their jobs to raise families and KHP Solutions aims to bridge that gap. We equip them with up-to-date skills and the confidence needed to navigate today’s job market, ensuring they can re-enter the workforce stronger and more prepared. Having witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for women to regain their professional footing, I’ve made it my mission at KHP to provide not just training, but emotional and psychological support as well. We help women overcome the fear of starting again and guide them toward a successful career path.
